Muscle and Fitness is pretty good. It goes into detail about exercises and nutrition plans that work. If you already know a lot about fitness though, it can get a little bit monotonous. If that is the case, I would recommend a more advanced bodybuilding magazine like flex, if that’s what you are going for.
