Working out at home

Does anyone know of any good tapes to use at home for toning and
firming? Also, I have been doing some excercising on my own & with

Navy Seals series by CJ Caracci.
No equipment used. Just lots of pushups, situps, stretches.
Not highly aerobic but a tough workout.

Brigade Quartermasters sells it. www.actiongear.com

Item # BVC2109 Cost $15. Navy SEAL Workout Challenge Vol. I

This is a strength training tape. Shows technique for 5 kinds of pushups,
at least 5 kinds of abdominals workouts and so forth.

Getting rid of flab is ideally a two-pronged approach. Raise the metabolism
while reducing calories, and creating muscle mass which helps burn the
calories even when at rest. Doing this tape definitely gets into aeorobic
territory and will build muscle mass.

My workout program is at a health center here at work. I run on the treadmill
for 4 to 5 miles. At every 1/2 mile mark I pause the treadmill and do
20 to 25 of whatever I’m working on that day(situp, pushup). At the end of
5 miles that’s a LOT of reps! (I haven’t quite cracked 200 in a session yet)
And with the variety of each of these it’s quite a workout.

Tape price is certainly right and, as you asked, it can be done at home.
No equipment required.

Vol II suggests locating a pullup bar (for 5 kinds of pullups!) . Both
tapes recommend a running program in addition.

When you can keep up with the tape in its entirety, you’ll be a better man
than I am!
